> There has been a number of comments recently on FB about the dumping and filling on this site. Some concerns/claims have been made it is human waste being spread, others worried about the nitrates that could be entering our drinking water bore, others about the smell. Can you please confirm exactly what is being spread, so I can report back to the community page about what Council is spreading on site, this will stop further rumours. If there is a resource consent connected to this dumping and movement of material, as there seems to be a large quantity, can you provide RC reference number and copy. It is states on CCC website that a RC is required for earthworks and filling a section. If there is any further information on this, eg public notice, that a community may have missed, I would be interested in recieving, so I can also post this information on to the local community. Thank you.
