> rubbish bin full again. have done a number of SSS about this bin & had a chat with a receptionist. it is ALWAYS full.to overflowing. there is no lid to prevent rubbish from falling out & it Is CLOSE TO THE RIVER. I am a volunteer in this Reserve and am concerned about the amount of rubbish that is left around the bin when it's full. So easily blown into the river. please install a bigger bin - one of those smart bins would be perfect. it's a much loved and used area. thank you
