> Good evening council person I hope this finds you well in these challenging times we are all facing. I would be grateful if the council could please give consideration to finding the home / homes that these cones belong to? They seem to be currently getting moved all around the street. I think they might have originally started out at the front of the construction site which is approximately number 6 or 8 Naseby Street and then as what usually happens at night people try and be funny and move them around the street to be an annoyance to the rest of the community.
