> Hello councilperson Please see the are 2 water leaks flowing out of the Asphalt driveway outside this property on Rossel Street. The flow of water runs across the public footpath down the gutter around the corner into Rugby Street and all the way down to number 15 Rugby Street. There is probably nothing that the council can do in the circumstance because it’s on private property. (Which is what I have been told by the CCC for further down the road at 112 Rossell Street which is still pouring water out of the driveway across the footpath and all the way down to Merivale Lane.!) However the water is causing a health and safety issue to those who want to need to walk the footpath. That being the path is wet and slippery and now that we’re heading into Cold and foggy mornings if we do happen to get an early frost the public footpath will be icy and dangerous. I do hope consideration can be given to Investigating this new leak . ??
