> Entrance to culvert has been opened but culvert is still 70% blocked and needs cleaning out. The current opening is not sufficient to allow water to drain away during wet weather. Rubble that was dug out had been placed above culvert this will wash down back into culvert during wet weather repeating the same previous problem
