> I am working with a vision impaired man who needs to cross at the intersection Milton with Colombo street. The slip road cutdown does not line up at all with the island, instead the cutdown sends him off into the direction of the centre of the road. He is unsteady on his feet and has to use the cutdown. Also there are no tactiles indicating he is safe on the island. Kat crane rehabilitation instructor with blind foundation.
