> Poor road design layout removed on street parki g for the placement of a speed hump. Layout is unsafe for cyclist as vehicles are able to gey behind the spees humps. This shows designers failed to for see this happen during design process. This remains a priblem which council is neglecting to address properly and is trying to pass blame to residents or users or hide behind excuses like no budget.
