> Hi there - there seems to be a consistent issue with rubbish collection outside my house. For the 4th week in a row, rubbish has fallen out of bins during collection and ends up outside my house and I have to sweep it up afterwards. Any chance those doing the collecting can be a bit more careful when emptying the bins? Thanks
