> The road has been badly finished. There is raw tar on loose pebbles which my son and friends daughter have picked up and have now got tar on their hands, clothes, water bottles etc. why was this road not finished properly with a smooth finish? It’s right next to a playground where young children play and it’s at the end of Dalys Wharf where children also play. It’s totally irresponsible to not finish the road properly. You need to change this road otherwise more children are going to be damaged.
