> At the cornor of Waimairi Rd and Hanrahan St in Upper Riccarton, there are a patch and a manhole (both shown in the first photo). When large vehicles drive over them, especially if the speed is fast, all the houses around the corner vibrate violently. Please investigate the issue. Thanks.
