# Roading/Streets, 111 Apsley Drive, Avonhead, Christchurch 8042, New Zealand

Avonhead, Christchurch · filed 30 March 2022 · report 2256632

> Thanks so much for sending someone out so fast yesterday to clear the fruits dropping from your tree. Just letting you know that this is the path now, just over a day after clearing the footpath. It is clearly a trip hazard again and we have plenty of elderly people walking by daily so will need clearing again. As I said previously, I have had neighbours come to the door previously asking for the fruits to be cleared. Can the tree be removed? There are no other tree's in the street that drop fruits.
