> A general low electrical humming in the area. It's clearly audible day and night. It has been present for a long period of time. Has got louder in the last few days. It sounds like a large electric motor running. It may be coming from Horseshoe Lake discharge pumps. The noise pulsates and is very annoying. Can you please advise where it is coming from and what can be done about it??
