> 339 Halswell Rd - Flooding on road and footpath still an issue almost 24 hours after the thunder storm and heavy rain. My partner cleared away a lot of the leaves and debris from the double sump in the kerb so the floodwaters would drain away. However the material he removed needs to be cleaned up from the footpath and the sumps cleaned properly.
