> Beach access at Menzies St sumner. A Section of the handrail was swept away in last weeks big seas. The galvanised bolts were rusted right through. ( Two weeks ago you replaced a failed bolt in the adjacent rail following a SnapSendSolve from me) Without the rail walking down the slippery concrete path is hazardous so please could it be replaced soon. Many thanks.
