> Every night the owner of this car pulls his car out of his garrage and parks his car over the yellow lines. Today wasnt so bad but some nights hes over the footpath. Hes cunning and does it at 5pm so he dosent get a ticket. He lives in one of the 2 story houses around 12 william dawson crescent. I would take better pictures but he threatens me when i try get a photo of his arrogant parking
