> Hi, please advise what the plan and timeframe is for the piece if red zone land at 31 clifton terrace. The benches that are cut in are collapsing,the planting is poor and the bottom area where cars now park should be ashpalted. Please see email I sent to land nz.... Hi Gary Thanks for your email regarding Clifton Terrace These properties have transferred to Council ownership earlier this year. The responsibility for the management and upkeep of the area now lies with the Council. We understand that Council have some works planned but we are not aware of the timeframe. You should contact the Park Ranger team for further information regarding your concerns.
