> It appears a vehicle has somehow hit the handrail so it has been bent in front of the cycle path. Maybe additional vandalism has contributed to this. It is very dangerous as the sharp end of the bent pipe is facing oncoming cyclists crossing the road. I sourced an unused road cone to place in front to help alert people of the hazard. This does need actioning ASAP.
