> A new residential housing development is being carried out at 416 Ilam Road. A new stormwater outfall from the development to the kerb line in Ilam Road has been installed. The stormwater trench across the footpath and street berm has not been sealed and grassed by the developers drainage contractor and presents a tripping hazard. Looks to have been left unfinished for many months. Presumably a CCC Authorised Drainage contractor carried out the work and not the developers own unauthorized drainlayer?
