> Excessive noise so that we cannot hold a conversation outside, operating outside of permittable hours (starting machinery at approximately am and continuing until approximately 8 pm. Unable to hang out washing, cars, outdoor furniture etc covered in dust and dirt from onion operations. Vibrations and rumbles from onion tipping unto hopper shakes the house and exceeds dB levels at notional boundary. Excessive revving of tractors, telehandler and trucks. They nail gunned our fence and shot the nail gun over at us on New Years Eve when we were having dinner with friends in our bar area outside at 8 pm when we asked them to quieten down. Have asked them to put straw bales as a buffer, for them to use other door to shed, to operate within allowable limits and be considerate neighbours which was sent via email to Scottville Farm but was ignored and no reply and no action. Was sent a week ago.
