> Drainage of whole lake goes into this grate. It is 75% blocked. Also the whole lake is covered in duck weed- this is an eye sore to residents and is not necessary. It was clear of weed when we purchased the property 4 years ago and the lake was healthy. We now have more smelly water from the lake. PLEASE a. Answer this email ( several others ignored) B.
