> Hi. Our neighbours above us ( we live 54 Mulgans Track) have a serious water bubbling out of a pipe. They have a service number of 576068. They were told it will be attended to by Monday 25 April. This is a significant water load and has been happening for awhile but in the last few days has increased. It could cause damage to our property. Already as photos show it has created a mess on our property. But catastrophic failure of this pipe would be serious. Can this please be fixed urgently.
