> We have land being developed in our street and the developers have erected a fence around the entrance to their land but it is not only on their land but over council land ie footpath area. Also they have a gate/fence at either side of what they have blocked off sticking out at right angles which is very dangerous. There are a lot if people who walk around this area including children going to school and this is a hazard.
