> Menzies St Beach access ramp: This particular ramp is missing a handrail that exposes beach users to a fall off up to 1.5 m onto rocks. The ramp is used extensively by beach walkers and surfers. Surfers in particular are at risk as they use the ramp when the water is pushing onto the ramp. In addition the bottom section of the ramp is very steep and adds another level of risk
