> Can you please check that the traffic light phases are correct. When receiving a green light to travel north across Brougham Street, the number of cars coming from the north and turning west onto Brougham seems excessive for red light runners, as if they still have a green arrow when we have a green light. Mornings are a good time to check. If phasing is correct, time to have a cop stationed there. They would have a field day.
