> There is a hole of foul smelling mud and water at Hansens park unrelated to rainfall. This area used to be a dump. This hole appears every year or so, ccc ‘fix’ it, then it reappears sometime later. It made my dog extremely sick, I can only assume it is toxic. Please fix!
