> Photos from outside 107 to 113 Jeffreys Road; flooding from a blocked culvert providing access to 111/113 Jeffreys; residents have been out clearing the leaves from the gutter ( that have been there for well over a week), but the problem is the blocked culvert and drain outside 111/113 from a backlog of leaves that have accumulated under the culvert and jammed into the stormwater drain.
