Please get them to actually commit resources to manning their TMP. Pedestrians are having ti make two dangerous road crossings because of their lack of commitment to their TMP. THIS IS A BUSY AREA AND THE CONTRACTORS BEHAVIOUR IS A SAFETY ISSUE
