> Water still fails to flow up hill! Roots from street tree at 23 Kendal Ave have raised the gutter preventing water from flowing into the drain. This is causing driveway flooding right up to 13 Kendal Ave. This is need of attention greater than the street cleaner please. Many thanks Lachlan Kirk
