> Kia ora. Someone has put two bags of rubbish in our recycling bin. Luckily we were able to identify that this had happened before it was collected. We were alerted by our neighbours at 56 Broadhaven Ave who had the same thing happen to them. I understand they have also reported the matter. I have left the discarded rubbish on the berm outside my address (69 Broadhaven Ave) as per the pictures. I would be grateful if this could please be removed.
