> This water is after just an hour of light rain. Because of the pine needles the water ends up out to the middle of the road on a very dangerous corner/bend. This is an on going safety issue as cars drive out wide suddenly to avoid the water end up on the wrong side of the road on the blind corner. Accident waiting to happen.
