> Has anyone had any luck contacting the developer regarding the long grass and weeds along one side of Long Arce Drive near the entrance? I’ve been told by CCC that the developer is still responsible for maintenance. CCC we’re going to contact the developer to flag these issues. I've also attached a photo of one section of path covered in weeds and another of all the dead plants. Both are around the pond near Caro Lane. All the paths on this side of the valley are looking neglected like that shown in the photo. Seems such a shame after so much money and effort was spent creating the wetland area.
