> I realise this is a shopping centre, so is not direct responsibility of CCC. However are you able to contact the owners of the shopping centre at the corner of Prestons Road and Marshland Road and have them fix the bike stand that appears to have been hit by a motor vehicle. The Address is: 420 Marshland Road (but entrance off Prestons Road) This is outside the business: The Rowdy Kitchen Bar & Eatery Thank you.
