> Property at 78 Wakatu Avenue is discharging green, grassy water into Barnett Park storm water drain. Discharge creates foam on top of water. Definitely not rain water especially when discharge happening on a dry day. Would appreciate your advice on the purpose of this drain please. The section of drain through 46 Bay View Road is deep (approx 150 to 200mm) for about 15metres. Consequently there is no fall for the water and much of the water cannot drain away. It becomes stagnant and in the warmer months mosquitos enjoyed the area and me! I would appreciate it if you could investigate and correct the issue of the level so the waterway can be made more effective. Many thanks Ann Ebert 0276 754 758
