> There is a path from Akaroa TOP10 to the State highway 75. It has large drops from the steps, overgrown trees and bush, blocked drainage which poses serious health and safety hazards. When it rains it becomes a river and is extremely treacherous to go down. The lighting doesn't function properly either. People has slipped previously causing injuries. Someone came last July/August and said that the path would be maintained, it never happened. It is a path that is included in the Akaroa Country Walks and is used by the public quite heavily.
