> On the corner of Division Street and Blenheim road in Riccarton the trees are badly overgrown. The problem is this is crossing area for pedestrian and you cannot see the traffic when crossing the road because of the overgrown trees and shrubs. With cars going at 60km\hr when they turn the corner they cannot see the pedestrians either. Meaning it is not a safe passageway for anyone crossing the road. The area is on the corner of Division Street & Blenheim road.
