> The footpath is damaged to the point where the elderly and people on mobility scooters have to walk or scooter onto the grass to get over the dips in the footpath. There is also gorse growing in the overgrown section and it sticks out of the fencing and into the footpath. Im also concerned about the gorse spreading.
