> I have lived in the neighborhood for 9 1/2 years and this dangerous, broken, messy pavement has been an eyesore for that whole time. I did send a previous snap and send some time back but received no acknowledgment or any insight as to whom is responsible to make improvements - it could be NZ Rail or a combination of Council/Rail. It would be nice to have some action activated thanks.
