> Was two years of excuses why the lights were turned off and it was because of waiting for the lightbulbs but still there's 8 lights on the wheeled access ramp. Too often there's undesirables there and it's a bit daunting to walk into the shadows knowing there's drunk or drugged persons making use of the shadows.
