> I have been asking via snap send solve for CCC owned rubbish to be cleaned up for a number of years. And as you can see attached the problems has grown. Please contact me on why you don't wish to keep this part of CHCH water ways clean from rubbish. PS Jackson Creak could do with a dig out of silt
