> Does William's Corp have permits to block off one side of the road so that their workers/contractors have somewhere to park when they arrive to site? This is a public street used my multiple people who work in the area. It's not coned off for safety reasons as there have been no heavy trucks down here for weeks. Then during the day they move the cones further into the road so their workers can then double park.
