> Hello councilperson There has been a water leak here for many many weeks now. There is a reasonable amount of water flowing down the gutter and into the stormwater drain. The amount of water is approximately two garden hoses turned on high. There is a water current flowing down the gutter. Could consideration be given to investigating and repairing the leak? It seems like a terrible waste of a wonderful resource. ??
