> A few weeks ago I complained about this berm in front of our houses 550 552 and 554 bower Ave. Parks and recreation came out spent less than half an hour and trimmed the big tall plant and that was it. Dead flax leaves were not cleared and I also advised that there is a white disease on the flaxes which is spreading. They said they would look into it and also provide some bark and clean it up as all the other reserves are around her. Did not happen. I believe we are entitled to a tidy berm paying over 5000 in rates . I don’t mind helping but have done this myself for last 6 yrs … please tidy it up properly send an inspector out and call me
