> The inside storm water drains on lower and mid Lighthouse Road are full of debris. There has been no cleaning done for years with the exception of some removal of branches leaves and grass/weed growth by myself. With rain expected there is danger of overflow to the Road and thence on to lower properties. Overflow also cascades down Onuku Road scouring the West side parking areas around the Akaroa Health Centre then down to lower Almers Valley Road. A good clearance would direct water flow to the drain designed to take all storm water down the outflow at the junction of Onuku and Lighthouse Roads into the gully through Garden of Tane.
