> There's straight clay in both circled areas. Last year I watched almost everyone trip on the dune track washout and it's meant to be wet and that carpark is the designated mobility parking area. The one below the pier is always clay and slippery with the coast 2 coast event as the water runoff washes through there and the tree randomly growing is just because no one pulled it out over the years of CCC maintenance.
