> Out walking on Scarborough track yesterday this tree has snapped and is being held above the road by a creeper. With all the rain possible could fall onto Scarborough road The last photo shows a similar situation which I reported through SSS but obviously thought it was not a hazard as it is still hanging there. Likewise the rain could undermine further
