> Rain has washed away a lot of silt and ap40 from charmers track reserve road. Silt fence did not contain silt as does not wrap around zone completely as can be seen where about 10 m3 of ap40 ended up in the gully. Also looks like samples of asbestos where runoff started is contaminating the gully. No One has sweeped up the mess on the road since the rain 2 days ago or rectified the silt fence.
