> Culvert 1 Takamatua has once again been blocked and compromised during recent rainfall-leaving excessive debris on kingfisher road which residents have piled up for removal ease. Culvert itself needs clearing and drainage into culvert has compromised the banks either side onto private property needs clearing and remedial measures. (29/31 Kingfisher)
