> Council drain is blocked and overflowing. It is threatening to flood our garage We are currently clearing it but it is generally always blocked with leaves and overgrowth on the road reserve. We have seen a person with a leaf blower maintain the drains but without actually removing the leaves, they go straight back into the drain.
