> Same issue as all the previous times. Ccc replaced pipe/culvert this year to try to solve the issue but the size is still too small, as per the photos, to handle the amount of water coming down the road open drain swale. There were no blockages as I checked with spade. This is regularly happening now and is causing damage to the driveway and also major damage to the berm on the northwestern side of the road, as well as scouring the neighbours driveway (which happens every time this event occurs, a few times a year aT least. Also, the attempted repair last time forgot to hotmix asphalt over the shingle above the pipe.
