> Water turned off without warning whilst I was soaped up in the shower. Dried off, dressed and walked down the street to find 2 of your staff working outside a neighbouring property on what they say is an “emergency situation” so they couldn’t possibly notify “hundreds of houses”. I said how many houses, the reply was “the whole street” Our street has 24 homes. I would like to provide feedback that as water is an essential of life, surely a quick knock on the door first would have been appropriate. I would have been happy to help with that task and I’m sure others would too if given the opportunity.
